    Celebrationexpress.com.au has created an elegant, unique, patented "FreshPak" packaging system to protect flower arrangements and perishable gifts to ensure they arrive in perfect condition..

    The FreshPak unit contains up to 5 unique and separate components - depending on the gift type:

    1. An outside hexagonal box with fold-out handles on top
    2. An interior hexagonal box (depending on gift type)
    3. An interior foam box (depending on gift type)
    4. An interior support inserts to hold contents in place
    5. An interior container holding water to retain flower freshness

    The patented interior components are custom-designed to optimise and protect the contents against physical damage. To keep the flowers hydrated during shipping, completely pre-assembled flower bouquets are transported with the stems inserted into a water-containing device and optional glass vase. The flowers are actually still blooming in the box and have been timed for maximum vase-life and beauty on arrival.

  • Flowers and Gifts are despatched overnight and delivered via a commercial courier during business hours.
  • We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is present, the package may be left at the door, or:
  • If premises is unattended a card may be left to arrange redelivery with the freight courier directly (except where you have 24 hour-access to Australia Post Parcel Locker service - go to http://www.celebrationexpress.com.au/locker for details).
  • With floral gifts, when your flowers arrive, just open the box, remove flowers and vase, change the water, add the free flower food and you're done!
  • All shipments carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
  • Each gift arrives with your own personal message enclosed inside the container to ensure privacy

Returns & Replacements

The Celebration Express Guarantee:

We guarantee that all our flowers, plants and preserved items will last at least 7 days or your money back. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please call or email us and we will gladly replace the bouquet or refund your money. Potted plants have an extended guarantee of 14 days.

How It's Done:

Our flowers are shipped fresh from the growers to you or your recipient's doorstep. Because our flowers avoid extended stays in warehouses, trucks and florist's coolers, we are able to guarantee you the absolutely freshest flowers available. We will never compromise on your flower's freshness or longevity. For this reason, some flowers will arrive with their buds closed so they can begin opening on arrival..
